NATIONAL UNIVERSITY HEALTH SYSTEM PTE. LTD. invites applications for a patient service role within allied health clinics. The incumbent will ensure counter services run smoothly and deliver positive patient experiences across Clinical Measurement Centre, Diagnostic Imaging and Rehabilitation.

The role covers administrative, clinical and supervisory duties, with a 2-year contract and shift work in a hospital setting. Candidates should be comfortable in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• GCE 'N' Level and above.
• Experience in customer service-oriented environment will be an advantage.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Administrative responsibilities including patient registration, appointment management and care coordination.
• Clinical tasks: assist in basic clinical procedures and prepare examination spaces.
• Supervisory duties: coach and supervise staff development and form part of competency assessments.
