Job summary

National University Health System Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Senior / Customer Service Associate for its Group Contact Centre. You will handle general enquiries and appointment scheduling for patients and the public in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Reporting to the Institution Lead, Group Contact Centre, you will work with multiple departments to ensure requests are addressed promptly and accurately, including emails and hotline activities.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in any discipline (Fresh graduates welcome).
• 1–2 years in healthcare, contact centre or service industry preferred.
• Fluent in English and mother tongue; reading and writing in English.
• Pleasant, cheerful personality with good interpersonal skills.
• Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work rotating shifts, including public holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service to callers by understanding caller's needs.
• Provide timely, accurate information to address enquiries.
• Book or reschedule appointments based on caller's requests.
• Handle emails, referral requests and emergency activation as needed.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure requests are followed up and resolved.
