Job summary

ITCAN PTE. LIMITED is hiring an IT Helpdesk Technician to provide onsite and remote desktop support to end users across client sites in Singapore.

You will resolve incidents, image and re-image devices, deploy and refresh hardware, and maintain accurate records in the ticketing system. The role requires adherence to IT policies, security standards, and good documentation practices; you will collaborate with resolver groups and vendors as needed, and support Windows and Office 365 issues to

Qualifications

• Provide onsite and remote desktop support to end users.
• Escalate unresolved incidents to appropriate resolver groups or third-party vendors.
• Perform desktop/laptop imaging and re-imaging activities.
• Support device deployment, replacement, and technology refresh exercises.
• Update and maintain accurate incident and service request records in the ticketing system.
• Create, update, and maintain work instructions, operational procedures, and technical documentation.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies, security standards, and operational procedures.
• Provide support for Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office 365 related issues.
• Support users across different customer sites and locations as required.
