Job summary

ITCAN PTE. LIMITED seeks an IT support specialist to deliver onsite and remote desktop support to end users. You will escalate incidents, image devices, assist with deployment and refresh cycles, and keep accurate records in the ticketing system.

You will create and maintain technical documentation, ensure compliance with IT policies and security standards, and provide support for Windows and Office 365 across various sites as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite and remote desktop support to end users.
• Escalate unresolved incidents to resolver groups or vendors.
• Perform desktop/laptop imaging and re-imaging.
• Support device deployment, replacement and refresh cycles.
• Update incident and service request records in the ticketing system.
• Create and maintain work instructions, procedures, and docs.
• Ensure IT policy, security standards, and procedures are followed.
• Provide support for Windows and Office 365 issues.
• Assist users across multiple customer sites as needed.

• Update and maintain accurate incident and service request records within the ticketing system
• Create, update, and maintain work instructions, operational procedures, and technical documentation
• Ensure compliance with IT policies, security standards, and operational procedures
• Provide support for Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office 365 related issues
• Support users across different customer sites and locations as required
