Job summary

ITCAN PTE. LIMITED is seeking an IT Support professional to provide onsite and remote desktop support across multiple client sites in Singapore. You will escalate complex incidents, image devices, deploy equipment and refresh technology while keeping precise ticket records and documentation.

You will ensure adherence to IT policies and security standards, supporting Windows and Office 365 users. You will join a dynamic team delivering end-user support across locations, with emphasis on accuracy,

Qualifications

• Experience providing onsite and remote desktop support.
• Ability to escalate incidents to resolver groups or third-party vendors.
• Experience imaging and re-imaging desktops/laptops.
• Experience with device deployment, replacement and technology refreshes.
• Maintain accurate incident and service request records in ticketing systems.
• Create and maintain work instructions and technical documentation.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies and security standards.

• Provide onsite and remote desktop support services to end users
• Escalate unresolved incidents to appropriate resolver groups or third-party vendors where necessary
• Perform desktop/laptop imaging and re-imaging activities
• Support device deployment, replacement, and technology refresh exercises
• Update and maintain accurate incident and service request records within the ticketing system
• Create, update, and maintain work instructions, operational procedures, and technical documentation
• Ensure compliance with IT policies, security standards, and operational procedures
• Provide support for Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office 365 related issues
• Support users across different customer sites and locations as required
