Asiaray Connect (Singapore) PTE. LTD. is seeking an entry-level Sales Development Representative to support business growth in Singapore.

The role focuses on lead generation, cold calling, prospecting, CRM maintenance, and arranging meetings to create qualified opportunities for the sales team. You will work closely with the sales and business-development teams, refine target-account lists, and ensure timely updates on outreach activity and pipeline progress.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent required.
• Fresh graduates are welcome.
• Experience with sales and CRM software preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Result-oriented, driven and proactive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation through outbound prospecting activities and referrals.
• Conduct cold calls to introduce Asiaray Connect’s media assets and solutions.
• Prospect research to identify potential clients and align with target market.
• Maintain accurate records of lead interactions and ensure data integrity in CRM.
• Arrange meetings and create qualified sales opportunities for the team.
• Maintain complete, timely records of prospect interactions and next steps in CRM.
• Provide regular updates on outreach activity, pipeline progress and lead conversion.
• Collaborate with sales and BD teams to refine target lists and outreach approaches.
