Job summary

Dow Jones is seeking a Manager, Sales Development in Singapore to build and lead a team of Sales Development Representatives, driving new business opportunities and lead qualification to support the sales pipeline. You will be a player-coach reporting to the Executive Director, Sales.

You will mentor, analyze outreach, collaborate with senior leadership, and implement scalable processes to accelerate growth within the Dow Jones Risk Sales organization.

Qualifications

• 7-9 years of sales or BD experience with team leadership.
• Proven ability to lead performance and mentor teams.
• High proficiency with Salesforce and enablement tools.
• Experience building and scaling sales teams.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a team of SDRs to generate new business opportunities.
• Oversee lead qualification to support the sales pipeline.
• Analyze outreach to optimize success rates and drive results.
