Qualifications

• IT Helpdesk / Service Desk / Technical Support experience.
• Strong communication & customer service skills.
• Good troubleshooting & problem-solving skills.
• Familiar with AD & Office 365.
• Experience with ticketing systems is a plus.
• Able to manage multiple support cases efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Handle IT support requests via phone, email & chat.
• Provide remote troubleshooting to end users.
• Resolve software, hardware & basic network issues.
• Support AD & Office 365-related issues.
• Use remote tools such as RDP, VPN & MDM.
• Manage tickets via ServiceNow / Zendesk.
• Monitor systems & alerts.
• Escalate complex issues to L2 / onsite engineers.
• Maintain accurate case records & documentation.
