Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma in computer science or related field.
• 1 year IT industry experience.
• Fluent English spoken and written.
• Desirable: ITIL Foundation and related certifications.
• Experience in IT helpdesk or call centre support, including remote support.
• Knowledge of Windows 10 and Office 365.

Responsibilities

• Performed Desktop Support services to users.
• Receiving, prioritizing, documenting and actively resolving end user help requests and escalating incidents when necessary to maintain customer satisfaction and SLA expectations.
• Perform remote troubleshooting and resolution to address various endpoint related issues.
• Perform technical escalation to onsite team if unable to resolve remotely.
• Perform technical escalation to 3rd party vendor or resolver groups.
• Update incident records.
• Creates and update work instructions.
• Document standards and procedures.
