Responsibilities

• Manage corporate accounts with Government institutions and MNCs.
• Oversee entire recruitment and selection process.
• Source and pre-screen candidates through various channels.
• Recommend candidates based on client requirements.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
• Facilitate onboarding of selected candidates.
• Administer employment contracts.
• Attend weekly and quarterly sales meetings.
• Handle ad hoc duties and operational issues.
