Job summary

Singapore Medical Group is seeking an IT Support Engineer to provide end-user and IT systems support across multiple clinic and corporate sites. You will manage CMS, network connectivity, and EUC devices, while collaborating with vendors to ensure secure IT operations.

The role involves hands-on troubleshooting, system administration, and contributing to documentation, SOPs, and knowledge bases. Healthcare IT experience is a plus and willingness to learn is essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Information Technology or related field with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in healthcare IT, hospital, clinic, or regulated environments is advantageous.
• Experience supporting CMS, clinical or laboratory systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1/2 IT support across clinic sites, troubleshooting CMS, clinical and EUC devices.
• Maintain IT infrastructure, backups, patches, and monitoring; manage security and network issues.
• Assist in system migrations, data validation, and coordination with vendors for new systems and integrations.
• Conduct user training and maintain IT documentation; manage asset inventory and software licenses.
• Standby for evening/weekend operations as needed.
