Job summary

GMP Technologies (S) Pte Ltd is seeking an IT Executive (Healthcare / Application Support) to provide first-level support for clinical and internal systems, troubleshoot issues, and assist in system changes and testing.

You will support integrations, upgrades, data extraction and basic reporting, maintain documentation, and help coordinate with internal teams and vendors. A degree or diploma in IT or healthcare with 2–4 years of IT support experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in IT, Healthcare, or related discipline.
• 2 to 4 years of experience in IT support, application support, or similar roles.
• Experience in application/system support (any industry).
• Exposure to healthcare systems is an advantage.
• Familiar with Excel and basic data reporting.
• Good communication skills to support non-technical users.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level support for clinical and internal systems (troubleshooting, issue tracking, escalation).
• Assist in system change requests, testing, and minor enhancements.
• Support system integrations, upgrades, and user access management.
• Perform data extraction, report generation, and basic analysis.
• Maintain IT equipment, systems, and documentation.
• Support daily department operations and service workflows.
• Assist users in resolving system and process-related issues.
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors on system matters.
• Support procurement, asset tracking, and basic budgeting tasks.
• Assist in IT projects and system implementations.
• Support KPI tracking and reporting.
• Maintain SOPs and documentation.
• Participate in audit and compliance activities.
