Job summary

Singapore Medical Group Limited is hiring for an IT Support role across multiple clinic sites in Singapore. You will deliver 1st level IT support for clinic systems and devices, troubleshoot issues, and manage helpdesk tickets.

You will assist with network and security operations, backups, and system updates. You will also participate in application rollouts, coordinate with vendors, and contribute to technology evaluations.

Qualifications

• Experience providing 1st-level IT support across multiple sites.
• Familiarity with clinic IT environments and end-user devices.
• Ability to troubleshoot onsite and remotely.
• Knowledge of network basics, backups and security practices.
• Experience with vendor coordination and IT training.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1st-level IT support for clinic systems, devices, and applications across multiple sites.
• Troubleshoot issues onsite and remotely; configure end-user computing devices.
• Monitor and manage helpdesk tickets to resolution.
• Assist with user administration and hardware asset management.
• Conduct IT training and maintain user guides.
• Support clinic setups, relocations, and closures.
• Support network, security, servers, and backups; monitor incidents.
