Minmed Group in Singapore is seeking an IT Helpdesk Support to set up and maintain hardware, provide first-level IT support, and ensure optimal operation of IT assets across the company. You will troubleshoot issues, coordinate with vendors, and manage IT equipment to support a seamless workflow for users.

Responsibilities include configuring devices, supporting office and clinic networks, and maintaining asset inventory.

Competenze

Diploma or equivalent qualification in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related field.
Preferably with prior IT support experience focusing on hardware management and helpdesk operations.
Basic knowledge of Windows OS installation, formatting, troubleshooting, and software setup.
Basic networking knowledge including Wi‑Fi, LAN, router, modem, and access points.
Familiar with common office IT equipment and CCTV systems.
Good problem-solving and hands‑on support willingness.

Mansioni

Set up, configure, and maintain office hardware including laptops, desktops, printers, and access points.
Troubleshoot hardware and device failures to ensure smooth operation.
Troubleshoot basic network issues (Wi‑Fi, LAN, routers, modems).
Coordinate with vendors for repairs, warranty claims, and servicing.
Provide first-level IT support for hardware, software, email, and network issues.
Prepare devices for onboarding and collect devices during offboarding.
Maintain updated IT asset inventory and lifecycle tracking.
