Role Overview

As a Financial Consultant or Manager, you will be responsible for advising clients on insurance and financial planning solutions, primarily focusing on health, life, and investment‑linked policies. You will build and maintain strong client relationships, identify their financial needs, and recommend suitable products to meet their goals.

Job Responsibilities
  • Client Consultation: Conduct needs analysis and provide tailored insurance and financial advice.
  • Product Promotion: Promote a wide range of insurance products including health, life, and investment plans.
  • Lead Generation: Utilize provided leads and personal networks to develop a client base.
  • Sales & Revenue: Achieve sales targets through commission‑based earnings.
  • Documentation & Compliance: Ensure all client documentation is accurate and compliant with industry regulations.
  • Continuous Learning: Attend training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
  • Customer Service: Maintain ongoing communication with clients for policy reviews and updates.
  • Market Development: Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to identify new opportunities.
Job Requirements
  • Qualification: Diploma or equivalent.
