• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience with good product knowledge.
• Minimum 1 year's experience in leading a team.
• BCP, PGI, ComGI, HI certifications are mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and review the day-to-day work of the Health Team.
• Coach, mentor, and develop staff.
• Manage the overall operational, budgetary, and financial responsibilities of the department.
• Plan and allocate resources effectively.
• Evaluate and improve the efficiency of business processes.
• Establish and maintain relevant controls and feedback systems.
• Review performance data to monitor departmental productivity.
• Communicate regularly with other departments.
