Job description

Leadership and Team Management

• Lead, guidance, mentorship, and professional development opportunities to team members to foster a high-performing and cohesive team environment.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to ensure alignment of operational goals and objectives.

Operations and Maintenance

• Lead in Stellar Ace Outdoor in supporting the set-up of the operations for cleaning and maintenance of the bus shelter advertising panels, and the installation of new advertising panels.
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Engage with the regulatory agency on necessary operations reporting and coordination efforts related to the advertising assets.

Vendor Contract Management and Stakeholder Engagement

• Serve as the primary point of contact for vendors responsible for operating and maintaining retail properties within our network of rail stations.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors, ensuring adherence to service level agreements and performance standards.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for revenue generation and enhancement of customer experience within retail properties.
• Ensure project management related to operational aspects to all business contracts, are adhered.

Business Planning & Strategy

• Lead the development and execution of business plans to drive strategic growth initiatives and optimize revenue opportunities.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and financial modelling to identify opportunities and areas for growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies to enhance the company's competitive position and achieve long-term growth objectives.
