Job summary

GovTech in Singapore seeks a dynamic policy analyst to strengthen the Bus Financing, Investment and Governance Division. You will help shape land transport strategies, including the Bus Masterplan and BRT, and design contracting approaches to balance interests between LTA and operators.

You will build robust financial models, monitor system indicators, and partner with relevant agencies to ensure timely project delivery, contributing to a sustainable bus ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Economics, Engineering or Science/Social Science.
• Strong analytical and communication abilities to address policy issues.
• Ability to write clearly and present ideas concisely.

Responsibilities

• Formulate policies and strategies for Singapore’s bus network, Bus Masterplan and new modes like BRT.
• Design contracting approaches for bus services to align interests with operators and support regulatory framework.
• Conduct robust financial modelling of System Financials to support policy decisions and monitor indicators.
• Collaborate with other government agencies to ensure timely project development and implementation.
