Job summary

Land Transport Authority Singapore is seeking a Manager/ Deputy Manager for Ticking System governance and compliance. You will lead governance, risk and incident management to safeguard transit ticketing systems and protect commuter data.

The role requires strong knowledge of cybersecurity, data protection, and regulatory standards, with experience in audits and cross‑functional collaboration across government teams.

Qualifications

• Knowledge in computer science, engineering or information technology, cyber security.
• Experience in managing cyber security and data protection operations.
• Understanding ISO 27001, PDPA, PCI‑DSS and cloud security standards.
• Strong incident response, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to analyse complex problems and suggest practical solutions.

• Maintain governance framework for Transit Ticketing System security and risk.
• Oversee compliance, audits and risk assessment with stakeholders.
• Manage cybersecurity and data protection incidents and recovery.
