Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Economics, Engineering or Science/Social Science.
• Ability to produce innovative policy solutions.

• Team player who is adaptable and independent.
• Knowledge or experience in Excel modelling, financial projections and data analytics is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Formulate policies and strategies for Singapore’s bus network and Bus Masterplan.
• Design contracting approaches for bus services and new modes to align interests with operators.
• Conduct robust financial modelling of System Financials to support policy decisions.
• Collaborate with relevant government agencies to ensure timely project development and implementation.
