Job summary

Land Transport Authority (LTA) in Singapore seeks a Manager/Deputy Manager for Ticketing System & Governance (Operations) to oversee system ownership, governance and end-to-end ticketing operations. You will drive enhancements, manage stakeholder relationships and ensure a commuter-centric, future-ready transport experience.

You will lead cross-functional teams, develop business cases, assess operational changes and ensure governance across contracts and audits.

Qualifications

• Knowledge in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Business Analyst or related field is required.
• At least 3 years of proven experience in analysing requirements, managing customer experience and ensuring governance.
• Strong stakeholder management, situational awareness and vendor management skills are essential.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate complex business and operational requirements.
• Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior management through clear verbal and written communication.
