Job summary

Public Service Division seeks a Manager/Deputy Manager for Transit Ticketing System governance, security and compliance. Lead operations to safeguard data, protect systems, and ensure reliable fare payment services across Singapore's public transport network.

You will drive policy, coordinate audits and risk assessments, and collaborate with technical and contractor teams to strengthen cybersecurity and data protection across the transit ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Knowledge in computer science, engineering or information technology, cyber security.
• Proven experience in managing cyber security and data protection operations and incident management.
• Strong understanding of information security principles, ISO 27001, PDPA, PCI-DSS.
• Strong incident response, good communication, situational awareness and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to analyze complex problems and recommend practical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Governance Framework: Maintain oversight of security, risk and compliance for the Transit Ticketing System.
• Governance framework: oversee audits, metrics and risk reports with stakeholders.
• Cybersecurity and Data Protection Governance: enforce policies and controls per standards.
• Collaborate with internal security teams and contractors to monitor controls and infrastructure.
• Incidents: manage cybersecurity and data protection incidents and post-incident reviews.
• Awareness and Training: run cybersecurity and data privacy awareness programs.
