With a focus on innovation, customer-centric digital trading platforms, and an ambitious growth plan in Singapore, they are looking to strengthen their marketing capabilities to engage their client base and elevate their brand in the region, while leveraging their marketing team in China.

Job Description
  • Marketing Strategy & Leadership: Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with business goals; lead a Singapore-based team including Senior Marketing Manager and Marketing Associate.
  • Product & Channel Marketing: Translate brokerage products (equities, ETFs, futures, options, margin, FX) into customer-centric campaigns across paid media, CRM, social, KOLs, affiliates, and community channels.
  • Branding & Communications: Oversee full-cycle brand campaigns from concept to execution, ensuring consistent messaging compliant with MAS regulations.
  • Agency & KOL Management: Maintain strong relationships with agencies and key influencers; lead contract negotiation, campaign execution, and performance evaluation.
  • Strategic Partnerships & Co-Marketing: Initiate and manage collaborations with consumer platforms; develop storyboards and execute co-marketing campaigns.
  • Offline & Experiential Marketing: Plan and execute events such as roadshows, mall activations, and community initiatives; ensure offline-to-online conversion strategies.
The Successful Applicant
  • 8+ years of marketing experience, including at least 4 years in a leadership role.
  • Hands-on experience in brokerage or trading, with solid understanding of brokerage operations, product structures, and client journeys.
  • Proven track record in full-cycle brand, product, and channel marketing campaigns.
  • Strong network of marketing agencies, media houses, and KOLs in the region.
  • Experience managing offline events and partnerships with major consumer platforms.
