A global investment bank in Singapore is seeking a Head of HR Governance & Operations to manage HR policies and compliance. The successful candidate will have strong HR compliance expertise and a deep understanding of HR operations. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead HR Risk and Compliance in a reputable financial services brand.
We are working with a global investment bank with an established presence across APAC and an excellent reputation in the Singapore market. They boast a credible brand and a mature and collaborative culture. This is a newly created role for the region.
As Head of HR Governance & Operations, you will be responsible for managing the effective implementation of HR policies and processes as well as ensuring they are maintained in line with local regulation, legislation and global standards. You will work closely with HR leadership as well as business leaders and governance/ compliance functions to advise on HR-related risk and compliance issues.
The successful candidate will have strong technical expertise in key HR compliance areas such as data privacy, regulatory requirements and employment law. You will also have a deep understanding of HR operations and be able to demonstrate risk awareness, alongside working knowledge of governance and controls.
