This position bridges headquarters strategy with on-the-ground market execution to accelerate Luckin’s global expansion.

Key Responsibilities
Global Network Strategy & Localization
  • Adapt and scale Luckin’s China-proven store development model to overseas markets.
  • Establish standardized yet flexible frameworks for international site selection, store development processes, and asset lifecycle management.
  • Provide direct hands‑on support during early‑stage market entry and critical rollouts.
ONE BD SYSTEM Development & Data Infrastructure
  • Lead the design, implementation, and continuous iteration of a global “ONE BD SYSTEM” to unify market intelligence, forecasting, and site evaluation.
  • Build robust data pipelines and analytical models for market potential assessment, demand forecasting, competitive mapping, and performance tracking.
  • Institutionalize a repeatable, data‑driven network planning methodology and ensure closed‑loop feedback from field execution.
Global Organization Design & Talent Leadership
  • Define the optimal operating model between HQ and local market teams, including roles, responsibilities, decision rights, and collaboration workflows.
  • Recruit, develop, and manage a high‑performing global team across strategy, analytics, and field operations.
Local Capability Building & Knowledge Transfer
  • Partner with country leads to establish or strengthen local development teams.
  • Deliver training, tools, and playbooks to embed best practices in site selection and network planning across diverse markets.
  • Prioritize candidates with deep expertise in retail/foodservice site planning and location intelligence.
Qualifications & Requirements
Experience:
  • Minimum 8 years of professional experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial capacity.
  • Proven track record in network planning, site selection, real estate strategy, or business development within global retail, FMCG, or quick‑service restaurant (QSR) organizations.
  • Direct experience with market entry, geographic expansion, data modeling, or BD system/platform development is highly valued.
  • Demonstrated understanding of how global HQs and local markets collaborate effectively in multinational corporations.
Skills & Competencies:
