Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Finance to lead the organisation’s finance function, strengthen financial governance, and support long-term growth. This is a senior individual contributor role requiring strong technical expertise, business acumen, and a hands‑on approach.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Leadership & Strategy

• Partner with the CEO on financial planning, business performance analysis, and strategic decision‑making.
• Provide financial insights, scenario analysis, and recommendations to support organisational expansion and operational efficiency.
• Lead quarterly budgeting and forecasting cycles.

Financial Operations & Controls

• Able to complete the full sets of accounts for all entities quarterly and for annual closing, which includes financial statements and tax submission and reports.
• Maintain robust internal controls, accounting policies, and SOPs to ensure accuracy, compliance, and financial integrity.
• Manage cash flow planning, working capital, and fund allocation.

Statutory Reporting & Compliance

• Ensure accurate and timely submissions for GST, corporate tax, and all regulatory filings.
• Coordinate with auditors, tax agents, and relevant authorities.
• Uphold proper documentation and compliance with statutory guidelines and accounting standards.

Stakeholder Management

• Work closely with Management, Centre Heads, and Operations teams to align financial processes and ensure proper financial discipline.
• Manage relationships with banks, vendors, and external partners.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent.
• Proven experience in full‑set accounting and financial leadership roles.
• Strong understanding of statutory compliance, tax matters, and financial reporting requirements in Singapore.
• Proficiency with Xero is an added advantage.
• Strong analytical, organisational, and problem‑solving skills.
• High level of integrity, accuracy, and accountability.
• Ability to work independently, be hands‑on, and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
