Job Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the full spectrum of accounting and finance functions
• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing
• Prepare financial statements in compliance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS)
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning
• Ensure compliance with IRAS, ACRA, GST, and corporate tax requirements
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, banks, and external stakeholders
• Develop and improve internal controls, accounting policies, and procedures
• Supervise and mentor the accounting team
• Provide financial analysis and strategic recommendations to management

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field
• Professional qualification (CA Singapore, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent) preferred
• Minimum 5 years of relevant accounting experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role
• Strong knowledge of Singapore accounting, taxation, and statutory requirements
• Experience handling audits, GST submissions, and corporate tax filings
• Proficient in accounting software and MS Excel
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills
