Qualifications

• Bachelor/Master in Electrical & Electronics Engineering with 7+ years in semiconductors.
• Product Engineering experience is preferred.
• Strong leadership and problem solving with root cause analysis.
• Good knowledge of statistics and data analysis tools and scripting.
• Flexible to lead teams or technical programs.
• Proven cross-functional collaboration to solve complex problems.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Passionate about people leadership and ongoing development.

Responsibilities

• Optimized Test Coverage: ensure optimized test coverage on current and future HBM designs across nodes.
• Product Development and Validation: develop, validate, characterize, and qualify next-gen HBM products.
• Support for New Product Design Validation: provide CAD tool and Verilog simulation support.
• Yield Improvement and Cost Reduction: improve test yields, reduce test time, resolve yield issues.
• Root Cause and Resolution of Manufacturing Test Flow Issues, Qual and RMA Issues: drive innovations for technical advantage.
• Mentorship and Development of Others: actively mentor team members.
• Project Management: develop project management within the team for timely delivery.
• Technical Decision Making: finalize risk analysis and project prioritization.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: work with Fab, Design, Tech Development, System Development, Quality/Reliability.
