Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. is seeking a senior technical contributor for the High Bandwidth Memory (HBM) Product Engineering – Media Health team in Singapore.

You will own manufacturing test flow, drive yield improvements, and support design verification for next-generation HBM devices including DRAM die and stacked die solutions. You will collaborate with Fab, Product Leads, Design Engineering and Quality teams to optimize test coverage, reduce cycle time, and enhance cost efficiency while

Qualifications

• Experience with semiconductor devices, circuit design, or product validation.
• Strong problem-solving skills with root-cause analysis.
• Familiarity with CMOS technology and DRAM architecture.
• Experience with data analysis, statistics, and scripting (Python or JMP).
• Clear and effective communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Optimize test coverage across design architectures and process nodes.
• Develop, validate, characterize, and qualify next-generation HBM products.
• Support design verification and circuit analysis using CAD tools and Verilog simulations.
• Improve manufacturing test yields and reduce test time.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Fab, Design Engineering, and Quality teams to ship products.
