Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. seeks an experienced leader to head the HBM Product Engineering Media Health team in Singapore. You will drive test flow development, validate next-generation HBM products, and collaborate with Fab, Design, and QA to ensure quality, cost, and cycle-time goals.

The role requires 10+ years in semiconductors, strong leadership, and excellent communication. International travel to the US, Taiwan, and Japan is expected as part of the role.

Qualifications

Bachelors/Masters in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
10+ years in the semiconductor industry; Micron Product Engineering experience preferred.
Strong leadership and technical skills; problem solving with root cause analysis.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop a high performing team for HBM Product Engineering Media Health, focusing on DRAM/Interface die and stacked products.
Drive manufacturing test flow development and validation; improve yield and reduce cycle time.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Fab, Design, Technology Development, QA) to achieve strategic objectives.
Mentor team members and drive project management, risk analysis, and prioritization.
