Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. in Singapore is seeking an Engineer for HIG-HBM Product & System Engineering (Media Health Manufacturing). The role focuses on enabling next‑generation HBM products, improving yield, and delivering optimized test strategies across design architectures and process nodes.

You will collaborate with Fab, Design, and Quality teams to drive cost, cycle time, and performance improvements. The ideal candidate has a degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, hands-on experience

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering or a related field.
Experience with semiconductor devices, circuit design, or product validation is a plus.
Strong problem-solving, data analysis, and scripting in Python or JMP.
Familiarity with CMOS technology, DRAM architecture, and device physics.
Clear and effective communication in English.

Responsibilities

Optimize test coverage on current and future HIG HBM designs and process nodes.
Develop, validate, characterize, and qualify Micron’s next‑gen HBM products and manufacturing flows.
Provide CAD-based design verification support and Verilog simulations.
Improve yield and reduce test time; resolve device/stack‑level issues.
Collaborate with Fab, HBM Design, Technology Development, System Development, and Quality/Reliability teams.
