Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
• 7+ years of experience in the semiconductor industry with demonstrated leadership and problem‑solving skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills; willing to travel internationally.

Responsibilities

• Optimized test coverage for current and future HIG HBM designs across nodes.
• Develop and validate next‑gen HBM products; ensure reliability and market readiness.
• Support design validation using CAD tools and Verilog simulations.
• Improve manufacturing test yields and reduce test time through optimization and issue resolution.
• Lead root cause analysis and resolution of test flow issues and device issues in DRAM/Interface/Stacked Die yield.
• Mentor team members, manage projects, and drive cross‑functional collaboration with Fab, Design, and QA.
