Qualifications

• Bachelor/Master in Electrical & Electronics Engineering with 8+ years in semiconductor industry.
• Proven leadership and strong technical problem-solving skills with in-depth circuit analysis.
• Good knowledge of statistics and data analysis tools, plus scripting.

Responsibilities

• Optimize test coverage for current and future HIG HBM designs and process nodes.
• Develop, validate, characterize, and qualify Micron’s next-generation HBM products.
• Support design validation using CAD tools and Verilog simulations.
• Improve yield and reduce test time by addressing device issues in DRAM, interface and stacked die yield.
• Mentor and develop team members; manage projects and drive timely delivery.
