Provide professional consultation on hair care, scalp conditions, and suitable treatments.
Recommend suitable products and services based on customers’ needs.
Assist in treatment procedures such as hair/scalp therapy or product application.
Educate clients on home care and long-term hair solutions.
Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure high satisfaction.
Support the team in achieving monthly sales and service goals.
Willingness to work night shift and split shift.
