You’re an energetic, outgoing team player, with good communication skills, a willingness to learn and a passion for restaurants.

What will you be doing?

You will work alongside an energetic team to charm, surprise and delight our customers, and give them a memorable experience in our restaurants.

  • Welcoming and guiding guests with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a smooth arrival, seating, and overall dining experience.
  • Managing reservations and walk-ins using our booking system, coordinating with the floor team to optimise table flow and minimise waiting times.
  • Handling guest enquiries and feedback, providing clear information and service recovery with a positive, solution‑oriented attitude.
  • Supporting daily operations such as call handling, lost-and-found, feedback logging, and assisting with pre‑shift prep and communication.
  • Being a brand ambassador, sharing menu highlights, promotions, and events confidently to enhance the guest experience and build loyalty.
  • Coordinate and manage private events
