Job summary

TEHC Leisure PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a friendly Guest Services Associate to welcome guests, assist with enquiries, bookings and check-ins, and keep the reception area organized.

You will process payments and equipment rentals, share information about facilities and events, and collaborate with golf, café and operations teams to deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Customer service or hospitality experience is an advantage but not essential.
• English communication is required; Mandarin is a plus for serving Mandarin-speaking customers and liaising with Mandarin-speaking vendors.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming guests with a warm and professional attitude.
• Assisting with enquiries, bookings and check-ins.
• Processing payments and equipment rentals.
• Providing information about facilities, memberships, promotions and events.
• Supporting event bookings and simple administrative duties.
• Handling guest feedback professionally and escalating issues where necessary.
• Working closely with golf, café and operations teams to deliver excellent service.
• Keeping the reception area organised and presentable.
