Job summary

TG GROUP PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a front-of-house team member to deliver outstanding guest service and hospitality in a bustling dining environment.

You will work with a team to ensure guests feel welcomed, comfortable, and satisfied throughout their visit. Responsibilities include greeting and seating guests, taking and relaying orders, operating the POS, coordinating with kitchen, and providing proactive service.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and hospitality, with guest-first attitude.

Responsibilities

• Learn layout and menu to assist guests effectively.
• Greet and seat guests promptly.
• Take orders accurately and note special requirements.
• Enter orders into the POS and communicate requests to kitchen.
• Coordinate with kitchen for timely delivery of orders.
• Serve food and beverages per order sequence.
• Upsell items to enhance guest experience.
• Close bills accurately using the POS.
• Respond to guest queries and resolve concerns.
• Assist with stocktaking, housekeeping, and pantry organization.
• Follow safety policies and report incidents.
