Job summary

HRNET VENTURES PTE. LTD. is seeking a hospitality associate in Singapore to deliver friendly guest service and handle reservations, check-ins, and beverage service. You will operate POS systems, manage orders, and maintain a clean, safe outlet in a fast-paced environment.

Experience in F&B or customer service is advantageous; entry-level candidates with a positive attitude are welcome. Night and weekend shifts are included as part of the schedule.

Qualifications

• Experience in F&B, hospitality, or customer service is advantageous.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Comfortable handling alcoholic beverages and working night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, courteous and professional customer service to guests.
• Handle phone reservations, enquiries, greetings and ushering to rooms.
• Take orders and serve food and beverages accurately.
• Operate POS systems and process transactions correctly.
• Perform basic checks and troubleshooting of microphone and karaoke systems.
• Maintain a clean, safe and presentable environment per standards.
• Adhere to service procedures, hygiene requirements and grooming standards.
• Support other outlet operations as required.
