Job summary

JUST RECRUIT SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Guest Service Executive to provide friendly, professional service to guests at Central Singapore hotels. You will handle enquiries, assist with check-in/check-out, and upsell where appropriate while maintaining excellent guest relations for a pleasant stay.

The role requires good communication, customer service experience, and a pleasant, service-oriented demeanor. Shifts are rotating and include weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

• Customer service or hospitality experience is preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and professional service to guests.
• Handle guest enquiries, requests and complaints.
• Assist with check-in/check-out and cashiering duties.
• Maintain good guest relations and ensure a pleasant stay.
• Provide information on hotel facilities, attractions and events.
• Handle room enquiries and upselling where appropriate.
• Follow hotel security, safety and operational procedures.
• Maintain a professional appearance and tidy work area
