Job summary

Far East Organization seeks a guest services associate at a residence facility in Singapore. The role focuses on courteous guest service, prompt handling of inquiries, and adherence to security and cash handling procedures. You will respond to complaints, maintain professional appearance, and support supervisors with reports as needed.

Experience in hospitality is preferred. Familiarity with HMS is advantageous; willingness to work rotating shifts and uphold high standards of service is

Qualifications

• Hospitality experience preferred.
• Knowledge of HMS systems advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Assist Residence Manager and provide courteous services to guests.
• Respond to guests’ complaints, requests and inquiries promptly and tactfully.
• Handle cashiering functions and follow Standard Policies & Procedures.
• Maintain good guest relations with in-house guests and project a hospitable attitude.
• Take ownership of problems and report unresolved issues to supervisor.
• Ensure guest room security and follow emergency procedures; promote Safe Deposit boxes use.
• Know SR facilities, attractions, and events to provide accurate information.
• Maintain grooming and a tidy workspace.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors, diligently and professionally.
