Job summary

The Garcha Group in Singapore is hiring for a front desk/guest services role associated with Marriott brands. You will manage check-ins, check-outs, room assignments, and guest requests with a focus on guest satisfaction and seamless operations.

Responsibilities include handling reservations, upselling opportunities, payments, and nightly audit duties, while ensuring privacy compliance and professional guest interactions across all departments.

Responsibilities

• Process guest check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments in accordance with rate structures and upselling strategies.
• Assist guests with luggage handling and payments per policies.
• Respond to guest inquiries about hotel services, facilities, events, directions, attractions and transport.
• Assist guests with safety deposit boxes, extra keys, and other requests.
• Manage pre-registration, room blocking, same-day and future reservations, and cancellations.
• Perform night audit duties and prepare financial and operational reports.
• Handle Marriott-related inquiries, including Bonvoy membership, reservations and requests.
• Ensure privacy policies and data protection regulations are followed.
