Job summary

The Garcha Group is seeking a Front Office Associate in Singapore to handle guest check-ins, room assignments, and guest services with a focus on professional service. You will engage with guests for inquiries, assist with luggage, and support night audits while ensuring adherence to Marriott-related standards.

Candidates should have at least 2 years in a related role, hold a Professional Certificate/NITEC, and be fluent in English (one additional language is a plus).

Qualifications

• Professional Certificate/NITEC in any field is required.
• At least 2 years of work experience in a related field is required.
• Preferably a Junior Executive with Hotel Management/Tourism Services background.
• English required; another language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process guest check-ins and room assignments per rate structures and upsell opportunities.
• Assist guests with luggage, safety box, keys, transportation and related requests.
• Collect payments in line with standard policies.
• Answer enquiries about hotel services, events, directions and attractions.
• Pre-register, block reservations, handle same-day and future bookings; follow cancellation policies.
• Perform night audits during midnight shifts and prepare reports.
• Handle Bonvoy loyalty enquiries and manage different membership levels.
• Maintain punctuality, grooming, and professional conduct with guests and associates.
• Manage Front Office Team rostering, appraisals and disciplinary actions.
