Job summary

The Garcha Group – Marriott International operates Maxwell Reserve, The Vagabond Club and The Serangoon House in Singapore. This Front Office role supports check-ins, guest services and night audits across a boutique Marriott-branded portfolio.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in hospitality, strong English, and solid experience with Opera PMS/Marriott platforms. Expect leadership duties and a dynamic guest-focused environment in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Proficient in spoken and written English.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant hospitality experience.
• Experience with Opera PMS/Marriott systems and hotel operations.
• Professional Certificate/NITEC or equivalent qualification.

Responsibilities

• Manage guest check-ins, room assignments, and upsell opportunities.
• Assist guests with luggage, safety boxes, keys and transport as needed.
• Handle payments per policies and procedures.
• Respond to guest inquiries about services and events.
• Pre-register, block reservations, and manage cancellations per P&P.
• Conduct night audits and prepare required reports.
• Handle Bonvoy loyalty inquiries and member tiers.
• Maintain punctuality, grooming and professional conduct.
• Lead Front Office team including rostering and appraisals.
