Job summary

The Garcha Group, a Marriott International boutique hotel collection in Singapore, is seeking a Front Office leader. You will oversee check-ins, room assignments, and guest services with a focus on accuracy and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant hospitality experience.
• Proficient in spoken and written English.
• Professional certificate or equivalent qualification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process guest check-ins and room assignments per rate structures.
• Assist with luggage, safety box, keys and transportation as needed.
• Collect payments per policies and procedures.
• Answer inquiries about services, events, directions and attractions.
• Pre-register and manage reservations; handle cancellations per P&P.
• Perform night audits and prepare reports.
• Manage Bonvoy loyalty inquiries for member levels.
