Job summary

Natureland Group Pte. Ltd. is seeking a customer service professional to warmly greet guests and deliver excellent service in a fast-paced setting. You will handle enquiries, feedback, and reservations while ensuring the counter stays neat and organized.

In this role, you will perform administrative tasks, collect daily sales data, and verify insurance packages. You will also manage sign-ins via tablet, coordinate therapist assignments, and communicate product knowledge to customers.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality, with excellent customer service and good interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, booking software and POS system, computer and IT skills/knowledge are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide excellent service.
• Answer enquiries and address feedback, escalate to supervisor if needed.
• Maintain cleanliness of the counter.
• Perform administrative duties: collect e-forms, settle daily sales, check insurance packages.
• Ensure customers sign in using tablet with NRIC number and full name.
• Answer phone for reservations.
• Monitor and respond to reservations, queries, and complaints via email and WhatsApp.
• Oversee daily schedule board, therapist assignments and room usage.
• Assign therapists to customers and explain retail products and service types.
