You will manage sign-in tablets, process daily sales, and assist with insurance packages while delivering friendly service. The role requires handling reservations by phone and WhatsApp, responding to feedback, updating the daily schedule, and coordinating therapist allocations.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or hospitality with strong interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, booking software and POS; IT skills a plus.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional appearance and attitude.
• Able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Positive and proactive problem-solver.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide excellent service.
• Answer enquiries and address feedback (compliments/complaints). Escalate when needed.
• Maintain cleanliness of counter.
• Handle admin duties: e-forms, daily sales, insurance packages.
• Ensure customers sign in with tablet providing NRIC and full name.
• Answer reservation calls politely.
• Monitor/respond to reservations and queries via email/WhatsApp.
• Update daily schedule board; assign therapists and room usage.
• Assign therapists and explain services/products.
