Job summary

Natureland Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a proactive Front Desk/Customer Service role to greet customers, handle inquiries, and maintain a clean counter area. You will process visits, assist with reservations, and support daily sales recording while ensuring a positive guest experience.

The ideal candidate has experience in hospitality or customer service, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

Job description

Responsibilities

• Greet all customers with a smile upon entering Natureland, and to provide excellent service performance to customers.
• To answer enquiries and address feedback (both compliments and complaints) from customers. If necessary, escalade the feedback to the supervisor.
• To clean and maintain neatness and cleanliness of the counter.
• To perform administrative duties such as ensuring customers fill in the e-form for each visit, settling daily sales figures, and checking insurance packages.
• Ensure all customer sign in using the tablet providing their NRIC number and full name before the start of any services.
• Answer phone calls for reservations in a polite and professional manner.
• Monitor and respond promptly to reservations, queries, and complaints received via email and WhatsApp
• Oversee and update the outlet daily schedule board, including therapist assignments and room usage.
• Assign therapists appropriately to customers and ensure full understanding of retail products and service types.

Job Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality, with excellent customer service and good interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, booking software and POS system, computer and IT skills/knowledge are an advantage.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional attitude and well-groomed appearance.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays, as per operational needs.
• A positive attitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
