Job summary

Natureland Premium PTE. LTD. is seeking a friendly front desk associate to join their Singapore team.

You will greet customers, handle enquiries, manage reservations, and promote service and retail products with a focus on exceptional service. Responsibilities include maintaining a tidy counter, processing daily sales, collecting customer details, coordinating therapist schedules, and ensuring smooth operations across the outlet.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality, with excellent customer service and good interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, booking software and POS system, computer and IT skills/knowledge are an advantage.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional attitude and well-groomed appearance.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays, as per operational needs.
• A positive attitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Greet all customers with a smile upon entering Natureland and provide excellent service performance.
• Answer enquiries and address feedback (compliments and complaints) from customers, escalating to supervisor when necessary.
• Clean and maintain neatness and cleanliness of the counter.
• Perform administrative duties such as ensuring customers fill in the e-form for each visit, settling daily sales figures, and checking insurance packages.
• Ensure all customers sign in using the tablet with NRIC number and full name before services.
• Answer phone calls for reservations in a polite and professional manner.
• Monitor and respond promptly to reservations, queries, and complaints received via email and WhatsApp.
• Oversee and update the outlet daily schedule board, including therapist assignments and room usage.
• Assign therapists appropriately to customers and ensure understanding of retail products and service types.
