Job summary

Natureland International Pte. Ltd. is seeking a customer service oriented role to welcome clients, answer inquiries, and manage reservations in a fast-paced wellness environment. You will ensure smooth daily operations, assist with administrative tasks, and maintain a high standard of professionalism.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, guiding sign-ins, coordinating therapist assignments, and promoting retail products and services. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in customer service or hospitality with strong customer-service focus.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills and a courteous demeanor.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers upon entering Natureland with a smile and provide excellent service.
• Answer inquiries and address feedback; escalate to supervisor when needed.
• Maintain cleanliness of the counter and assist with administrative duties.
• Ensure customers fill in e-forms, settle daily sales, and review insurance packages.
• Record customer sign-ins via tablet with NRIC and full name before services.
• Handle reservation calls and respond to emails and WhatsApp messages promptly.
• Maintain daily outlet schedule board, therapist assignments, and room usage.
• Assign therapists to customers and explain retail products and service types.
