Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide excellent service upon entry.
• Answer enquiries and address feedback from customers; escalate if needed.
• Maintain cleanliness of the counter and assist with administrative duties.
• Ensure customers sign in via tablet and collect NRIC number and full name.
• Handle reservations via phone, email, and WhatsApp; monitor responses.
